With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world Tina has an in-depth understanding of the stress and impact a demanding corporate role can have on you. Her Corporate Wellness program focuses on helping individuals manage their time ensuring they don’t lose sight of their health and wellbeing. She can provide group sessions or one- one coaching for those who may require it. The corporate menopause program provides education for all members of the organisation and empowers woman to take control during this transitional period of their life.</image:title>

It usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55 and is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period. During the years leading up to menopause, known as perimenopause, women may experience symptoms such as hot flashes, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and shifts in metabolism. While these changes can be challenging, menopause is a normal biological transition, and with the right support—through nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle strategies—women can maintain strong health, energy, and wellbeing during this stage of life.</image:caption>
