I want to inspire and help women who are Peri Menopausal and Menopausal. Age should not be a barrier to feeling awesome !

As a 60 yr old women I understand the challenges you face as you get older, with some attention to your nutrition, exercise, sleep and lifestyle we can work together to get your zing back ! For those ladies who have not reached Peri menopause there are so many things you can implement that will help with your health and wellness in the future.

I also offer corporate education sessions on Menopause for all members of the organisation as I believe everyone needs to be educated about this transitional time in a woman’s life. It not only impacts Woman but husbands, sons, managers and colleagues. The more we talk about this the stigma will be lifted for our future generations.
